How to make a dream come true?

How to get dream fruit vision from Lord Vishnu?

The dream-giving Shiva mantra:

'Om Hili Hili Shulapanaye Svaha'
ॐ हिलि हिलि शूलपाणये स्वाहा'

O left-handed Visvaroopa, lord of dreams, I offer my obeisances to you.

Lord of the gods! Shuldhari! Flag bearers with the Taurus sign! Eternal! Say desirable and undesirable fruits in a dream while lying down. I salute the Aj (never arising). Lord, whose names are Trinetra, Pingala, Mahatma, Vam, Visvaroop, Swapnadhipati, etc., I salute you.

By Thy grace, O Lord, I shall accomplish my action.

Tell me the infinite facts of all actions in the dream. I will attain Kriyasiddhi by Your grace.
